ParticipantHello,
I would like for my users to view a history of their own ticket purchases (i.e. display event name and ticket name, along with detailed invoices if possible).
Can you please let me know how I can do this?

ParticipantAlso: how can I access a name list for all attendees to a certain recurrent event on a specific date/time?

ParticipantHey @Ali,
Thanks for reaching out.
To show a history of ticket purchases, you can use a new shortcode that we launched in version 4.2 of Event Tickets Plus. Read about how to configure this here ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/display-a-list-of-attendees-events/
As for your second question, this is unfortunately not possible, in part because our plugins do not support recurring event tickets at this time. 🙁 Sorry to disappoint!
I hope this information helps!
Sincerely,

ParticipantHey George,
I don’t understand what you mean by “our plugins do not support recurring event tickets at this time,” because I have added recurrent events (weekly recurrence) to my website, and they are perfectly bookable.
My question is now this:
When I add the shortcodes from the page you linked me to, it shows the Order number, status, date, and total, alongside a View button, and that’s it. When I click on View, it shows an “Invalid order” message, giving me no way to review bookings that I (or one of my customers) have made.
How can I view what it is that every customer has booked? (i.e. 1 x Adult ticket for Event 1, 2 x Adult tickets for Event 3, etc…)My other question:
If I want a list of names (attendees) for a particular event (let’s say Event 1, today), how do I get it?Thank you in advance.

ParticipantHey @Ali,
Can you please share a screenshot of the output of that shortcode on your site? I am referring to what you describe here:
When I add the shortcodes from the page you linked me to, it shows the Order number, status, date, and total, alongside a View button, and that’s it.
☝️ Can you share a screenshot of this on your site?
Next, can you post your complete, un-edited System Information? Here’s how to do that ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
This will help me investigate what is going on.
Thank you!
