Highlighting specific event listings

We would like to highlight specific listings—in the calendar view—of a series of related upcoming events.

Can you please instruct us how to either set the listing in another colour (i.e. red) and/or bold the text and/or and ideally add an icon beside the event title in the calendar?

Thanks for reaching out!

One way to do this would be to set a specific category for events that you want to feature, and then use different colors for different categories. You could also use the Featured Events feature that comes with The Events Calendar out of the box.
