I purchased a single add-on that I need but just realized it is a part of a bundle that I will need to purchase. Is there a way to get a refund, apply a credit or switch components for the bundle that I will purchase?
Sure thing, we’re happy to help here! The best course of action would be to refund your existing purchases so that you can proceed from there and buy the bundle you would like to buy.
I’ve refunded both of your orders in full. Those funds should be back in your accounts in 5โ10 days at most, depending on your bank and on our payment processor, Stripe.
