HELP!!!

I don’t know what part of this support system to ask this question, so please advise…

I cannot access the Community Calendar ‘Add Event’. It states I do not have sufficient permission. Is it possible the versions are different? I updated the Events Calendar recently. If this is not the right space to ask this question, please advise where I should go.

Are you logged in when you try to submit a Community Event, or you are browsing as a guest?

What version of the Community Events plugin are you using? The current version is 4.1.1. and it is always recommended to use the latest versions.

Can you share with me your system information? That might be of further help to unravel this mystery. Here is a guide on how to do that.

PS: I see that your Community Events plugin has expired, which means you can still use it, however, you are not eligible for updates any more. Modern Tribe cannot guarantee the compatibility of older versions with other plugins or even with WordPress.

Events Calendar: 4.1.3
Community Events: 3.9

I can log into Community Events when logged in as Administrator, cannot access it as a guest. When attempting to submit an event the following message is received
‘You do not have sufficient permissions’

Indeed, Community Events 3.9 is not compatible with The Events Calendar 4.1.3. I would recommend you to update your Community Events plugin to the current version, and would also strongly recommend updating WordPress as well.

Yes, you will need to renew your licence. You can easily do that if you log in to your account and go to the license keys page. You also get a 30% discount for the renewal.
