Tristan
ParticipantHi,
I am using The Events Calendar Pro with the Avada Theme and I am finding that when inserting a H1 title in the content area of either an event or venue the size is displaying incorrectly, I have it set to 32px but it i showing up much smaller. This is not happening when adding the exact same content into pages so I am assuming there is some sort of conflict with The Events Calendar.
When inspecting the page I see <H1 class=data-fontsize=”21″. I am assuming this is what is restricting my H1 titles from displaying at their correct size as when inspecting the exact same content in a page it shows the data-fontsize=”32″ as it should be.
Do you have any advice as to what may be causing this and how I can fix it please.
Thank you in advance.
Tristan.

MemberHi Tristan,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the trouble here with heading sizes!
Our plugins do not add data attributes to HTML tags like that in the content editor. Is it possible that the theme or another installed plugin is doing that? If so, I would recommend reaching out to the theme or plugin author for tips on how to disable that feature.
The best way to test for sure if to follow the steps outline in this guide:
That will walk you through a process of switching to a default WordPress theme and deactivating all non-Modern Tribe plugins. Doing that will allow you to (1) confirm that the data attributes are not in effect in a default WordPress installation where only our plugins are active and (2) re-reactivate the theme and each plugin on-by-one to see where the data attribute injection is coming from.
Will you please give that a try and let me know the results?
Thanks so much!
