Gray wheel spins constantly

I have the calendar installed via widget at the bottom of my pages, however the gray wheel won’t stop spinning.

It does not appear to be plugin related (except Elementor, which I won’t disable because it might screw up my entire site.), and the theme is TwentySeventeen.

The only thing I can think is that it may be Elementor related, but I would think any known problems would already be resolved since Elementor is so extremely popular. Are there known issues?
