Google maps not displaying

It seems a strange issue. Is it happening for all events or just for some of them?

Did it started all of a sudden after a certain point in time or was it always like this?

Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?

If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.

Hello again,

I noticed that the maps work if I change to another theme. It does not work with Divi. I think it worked before I updated the events calendar a while ago.

I tried disabling “Enqueue Google Maps Script” in Divi but with the only result that the map on the contacts page stopped working.

I see no errors on the javascript console. I’ve disabled maps until there is a solution.

I’ve seen others have the same issue here on the forum. Hopefully there will come a solution to this soon!

I’ve set this option, “Yes, automatically share my system information with the Modern Tribe support team” already.

Thanks for coming back and letting us know about all that.

Although it seems to be theme conflict, I would suggest you check our latest maintenance release for Events Calendar 4.4.6 that includes some tweaks related to the Google Maps > https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-events-calendar-pro-4-4-6-event-tickets-4-4-6-premium-add-ons/ Let me know how that works for you.

Somehow, I cannot receive your system information, so when coming back, could you please copy and paste it in a private reply?
