    Additionally, when I’ve tried to recreate one of the imports, I get the error:

    There was an error fetching the results from your import: Unknown service message

    Hello Daniel,

    Thanks for getting in touch! Sorry about this issue.

    To be able to help you sort this out could you please share with me some more details?

    What is / are the URL/s you are trying to fetch?

    Please send me a screenshot of:

    • how the scheduled import is set up
    • the error messages
    • of your Event Aggregator System Status under Events > Help

    Is this happening to all of your scheduled imports or only some / one of them?

    Please also share your system information with me.

    How long has this been happening?

    Andras,

    Miraculously, starting just this afternoon, all of our imports started working again. They had been failing since the April 17th or perhaps earlier since that’s as far back as the history log shows. At this point, I consider the issue resolved and will open a new ticket if the issue shows up again.
