Google Calendar does not show map

Hi,

in the FIND EVENTS search bar, once can click VIEW AS and then select Map.
Doing so brings up the page where Google Map shall be shown.
However, I do not see a map at all.

What can be done to fix this?

Hey Andreas,

I checked out your site and experienced the issue you described. My first recommendation would be to read through our Testing for conflicts article. When Google maps don’t display, there is more than likely a theme and/or plugin conflict going on.

thank you for your quick reply.

I have a challenge to deactivate the plug-ins as the site is in production and quite frequently visited.

A strange discovery, when using the web browser Safari it all looks great. But with Google Chrome och Firefox it does not look okay. Isn’t that weird?

Welcome back Andreas,

I understand it may be difficult to test for conflicts on a live site. One alternative would be to set up a test environment, back up your live site database, and get to work there – that way you’re not working on the live site.

In regards to the differences in browser behavior, it’s not uncommon as they use different methods of interpreting code.
