Go to Month view of the current month on the mini-calendar

I have a mini-calendar widget in a sidebar on the right-hand side with the list view as the default for the main page content.

I took the Month name in the mini-calendar and linked it to the month view. However, the link is static and will take you to the current month even if you are looking at future or past months within the mini-calendar widget.

Is there a way to make the link dynamic so that it takes the user to the month currently viewed in the mini-calendar widget?

Unfortunately, there is not a way to go about doing that without some customization on your part.

Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.

I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.

If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
