Full disclosure, we did have a couple of issues with the Avada theme recently, but we did manage to fix them with the help of the theme authors. It looks like you were unfortunately unlucky in the timing of things. I want to apologize for that.
The good news is you are fully entitled to a refund if you want one since you are within 30 days of your purchase.
