    I uploaded the Event Tickets Plugin and purchased Plus a few weeks a go. Since then I have been running a promotion where not all of the clients who have gone to sign up have been able to. I have asked for support and have gone through the process. I cant get this to work and it has taken too much of my time. I am requesting a refund as it is not worth more of my time to make it work. I am going with a different solution.

    I am sorry to hear that we were not able to figure out a solution for you.

    Full disclosure, we did have a couple of issues with the Avada theme recently, but we did manage to fix them with the help of the theme authors. It looks like you were unfortunately unlucky in the timing of things. I want to apologize for that.

    The good news is you are fully entitled to a refund if you want one since you are within 30 days of your purchase.

    To obtain the refund, you just need to follow the procedure described here.
