Getting event tickets to appear on single events pages

Hi, my organization currently uses Events Calendar Pro. I am testing out the Event Tickets plugin to see how it would look on our website, but I can’t get the tickets to actually appear on a test event page.

I configured the tickets to show up on Events pages in the settings. Do I need to modify the single-event.php file in any way? Didn’t see anything in the technical docs that alluded to this. Or do I need to have a copy of the Event Tickets plugin files in my theme like I do for the Events Calendar Pro plugin since our developers made some customizations?

Or might this just be a plugin conflict?

Any insight you have would be appreciated.

Hi Andrew

When you go to Events » Settings » Tickets » Post types that can have tickets, if you’ve enabled this, it should allow you to display the tickets in the admin post editor for each type that you’ve selected.

If that doesn’t show there, chec, out our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/.  You might have a plugin or theme conflict. 

We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).

Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.

Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates). 

Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
