front end uploading event

Hi,
I want to create a website where people can login and create an event
Is this possible with your plugin ( so far I have only used it for back end use for one company), that different levels cam create events?

Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! You can add this functionality to either of our core calendar plugins (The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO) with the Community Events add-on.
