I would like a free licence for Event Tickets Plus, to see how it works, at least for a couple of days.

And another question, if I pay for the licence, I´ll have updates, or it´s only for one year.

    Thank You very much, Javier.

    Hi Javier,

We unfortunately do not provide licenses for free. However, we do offer a full refund on all our products within 30 days of purchase. That should give you a plenty of time to try things out and return them within the 30 days if you decide not to keep them.

And, yes, purchasing a license will provide you with one year of access to plugin updates. You will need to renew the license after it expires if you want to continue receiving plugin updates.

Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers!

Firstable Thank You for your time, but have a few questions, is possible to add recurring tickets to a product? I mean diferent dates to the same ticket (for ex; 15 may and 18 may).

And if I reserve one ticket in english version, it´s gonna rest it in from the stock in the spanish one?

Thank u very much again and best regards. Javier.

    Hi Javier,

    Thanks for following up!

No, I’m afraid that recurring tickets are not yet supported. We are working on that, but it will still be a little while before that feature is available.

And if I reserve one ticket in english version, it´s gonna rest it in from the stock in the spanish one?

If I understand correctly, it sounds like you are running a multilingual site in a way where one post is duplicated for each language. Tickets are set up in a way where they are directly tied to the post. If you create tickets for one event in English, then you will need to create tickets for the event in Spanish as well.

It’s worth noting, however, that neither Event Tickets nor Event Tickets Plus support WPML or other multilingual plugins at the moment. I would suggest testing using Event Tickets first since it is free to see if it will work with your site.

    Cheers!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
