Food Allergies and Attendee List

Our customer releases tickets to multiple events once per year. Frequently customers purchase tickets to multiple events/locations in one order, and purchase tickets on behalf of their friends who may have a food allergy.

Currently we collect the allergy information in WooCommerce which is attached at the order level. The problem is there is no relation to the food allergy and they particular event ticket purchased.

We need to allow the customer to specify a food allergy at the event level, and for the Attendee List to include this information.

The Events Calendar Tickets (aka WooTickets) plugin has a provision for including a custom field, but those fields are not editable and are not included in the Attendee List.

It seems like this functionality should exist, and any custom fields should be available in the “screen options” in the Attendee List screen. We would appreciate any guidance on a (custom) solution and/or acknowledgement of the problem and when it might be addressed.

We do not have a feature to add a custom field to the ticketing attendees list, I found a couple threads that might get you started from what other people have done:
