Hello Neal and welcome back,

I do see what you mean–the loader keeps spinning and never fully loads the search results.

I tried to see if I could see the same issue on my test site and was unable to.

That makes me think there is something conflicting with the theme or perhaps another plugin. In fact, I checked the console when looking at your site and noticed this error message:

You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.

This means that either your theme or another plugin is including the Google Maps API in addition to the one that The Events Calendar does, and this can cause errors like this to happen.

I would suggest following our Testing for Conflicts steps to figure out where that additional API instance is coming from and seeing if deactivating that source makes a difference.

Let’s start there and see what we find.

Hi Geoff – many thanks for that. I have now tested the plugins and seen that there is indeed a plugin conflict – not with a Google Maps plugin though, but with a plugin my client has been using for a couple of years called Social Glutton widget in the sidebar :

Will probably have to look for an alternative for them.
