Filter Bar Not Submitting After Update

    After updating all parts of the Events Calendar plugin and add-ons that we use, the Filter Bar will not sort. I can click any checkbox I want, but hitting Submit does nothing.

    I downgraded to Events Calendar Version 3.12.3, and the Filter Bar began working again, but I only just noticed that our Community Events plugin would not work; anyone attempting to submit an event would be brought back to the front page.

    So right now, everything is working with the exception of the Filter Bar. We have many organizations that use this throughout the day, so there isn’t really a time where we can take the site down for testing.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues here. We introduce some coding from 4.0 and it is causing this issue.

    We are working on a release, but downgrading The Events Calendar to 3.12.3 and Community Events 3.12 resolves this issue for now.

    Filter Bar can stay at 3.12.1.

    Once you have both zip files follow this guide to manual plugin changes:

    Perfect, it’s working now! I really appreciate the help! When updates are released, will they mention whether or not they’ll fix the Filter Bar issue?

    We are going to release a fix just for this, later this week.

    I am going to close this ticket to new replies, but the issue is still open and we will update this ticket once we release a fix.
