Filter Bar (Mobile)

My filter bar is working on desktop, but does not dropdown on mobile. It just directs me straight to the top of the page?

Scratch that. It’s now working. However, my mobile menu bar does not work on pages where ECP is integrated. It works on my welcome page, but when I switch over to any pages with ECP it does not work. Please advise.

Can you send over your System Information as a private reply? Also, I checked on a site running ECP and am not experiencing the same behavior. Can you confirm the issue occurs with the default WP theme and only our plugins active?

Welcome back,

Thank you for sending over your System Information. We are pretty limited on theme conflicts even though the theme author has integrated styles/templates for our plugins. Have you tried contacting them and searching their forums to see if any users have experienced the same issue? I did a search of our forum threads but can’t find any threads resembling what you’re experiencing.

I might be off here, but have you tried visiting Events > Settings > Display and selected different options found there? Let me know if you’re able to find anything out from your theme author and if trying different options under the ‘Display’ tab makes a different.
