ParticipantHello.
I have a question about the pro version of the version of the plugin.
I’ve installed it(last version) on my client’s website, and for some reason on taxonomy pages, the Ajax filter search doesn’t work. It sends the ajax post call, but it also redirects the user to a random post.
The issue can be found here
Note: i’ve tryied disabling all plugins, to change the theme, but the issue persists. Can you please give us a solution to this problem?
Waiting to hear from you.
Thanks,

MemberHello Mircea!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
That is a strange behaviour you are having. I cannot reproduce the issue in my own local installation, which makes it even stranger, but let me help you troubleshoot that.
This could be related to a permalink structure issue. Could you please let me know what permalink structure you are currently using by going to the wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks ? You can send us a screenshot of it.
Also, are you making any customization to the .htaccess file? Let us know about it.
Thanks,

MemberHello Mircea!
Thanks for clearing that out.
Could you please try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and click “Save changes” and see if it changes anything?
If there’s no difference, please try changing to “Post name” option as permalink structure and see if any changes. It might also be worth trying to use a basic WordPress .htaccess file.
In addition, we have a good article related to permalinks best practices that might be of help here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/permalinks-best-practices/
Let me know how that goes.
