Is the Filter Bar a ready-to-use add-on, with its own settings page, or will I have to write php code to configure it?

    Hi Joseph,

Thanks for reaching out! Our Filter Bar plugin comes ready to use with The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO straight “out of the box”–no need to handle any code for basic configuration tasks. Once you’ve installed and activated the plugin, you’ll see a tab for Filters added to your calendar and event settings. Navigate to Events > Settings from your WordPress admin’s sidebar, click the Filters tab, and you’ll be ready to start setting up your filters. You can read more about the various options available for configuring Filter Bar on our Knowledgebase here:

I hope that helps to address your concerns here–are there any more questions that I can assist you with? 🙂 Thanks again!

Thanks Caroline, that sounds great. I’ll try to talk my client into
    springing for this 🙂
