Fields not showing for Tickets Plus

Hi,

My apologies for reopening this topic but thing are the same
I’ve been busy with moving the site and all so that\’s why I\’ve been so
quiet.
At this point the site theme is updated to it\’s last version, all
woocommerce templates are also up to date and I have no red alerts
anywehere. More over the Event Tickets plus is updated to the latest
version but is still not working.:( Event had a dev looking at it and
tried msot of the things you said, though I need the site to be running
with the latest updates so no other problems are caused.
If you work this way I can give you acsess to the the site and try fix it
yourself?

Hi machedon, welcome back!

I checked the previous thread you mentioned, and the ones mentioned in there too… There is a whole lot of information in there and I wasn’t able to filter down what the current issue is.

Is it that the ticket form doesn’t show up on the event pages? Or is it that the tickets you put in the basket don’t actually show up in the basket?

I checked this event on your site, changed the ticket number to 1, added it to the cart, went to the checkout and the ticket was still there for me, including the price.

If this is not the issue, then please give me some details to avoid confusion and so that I can give you proper support.
