Feature Request for Attendees to appear in Events List View

I would like to submit a feature request to allow attendee counts to appear in the main list view for events under a column possible next to comments. Preferably turning it into a link if any attendees and linking to the attendees section as we have a large number of events we have to return numbers for and much easier to see on an overview rather than clicking through on each one. Is a bit of important information when looking at events too and would be a simple addition with a large impact for a lot of clients I would suspect,

Thank you for your interest in our products and for suggesting this feature.

That being said, the proper place to suggest a feature or cast your vote on other features in our User Voice forum.

In the meantime, what you are looking for can actually be accomplished with some template customization.

You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.

If that is slightly outside of your comfort zone, you could also hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.

You are recommending using the themers guide however I think that can only be used for front end changes. I am talking about the admin list view table. Can you use the themers guide to modify the backend visuals?

You are absolutely right, the themer’s guide will not allow you to modify the backend.

Perhaps the use of “list view” is what threw me off here – as you know, this is also the name of a front-end calendar view. My apologies.

In that case, that leaves you with the 3 following options:

1. Repost your feature request in our User Voice forum
2. Hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you
3. Try to tackle the customization yourself with the help of our trustee function archive: https://theeventscalendar.com/functions/
