ParticipantI have been getting this message when I update this event. The changes take effect but I’m still seeing the error screen when I click update.

ParticipantSorry to hear about this Jacob!
Can you share your system information with us so that we can investigate this further? I do not have this error on my site.
Here’s how to share your system information → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thanks!

ParticipantI’m getting this exact same error suddenly on my site, only for re-occurring events (single events work fine) and like the OP the update works I just get the error. I have reproduced it with the last 2 re-occurring events I have added to our site (one had 10 occurrences the other was not set to a limit). I think it’s the re-occurring rule that is causing this.

ParticipantWe are having the same problem.
This is the error we got after trying to create OR edit events with recurrence:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method Tribe__Events__Main::rebuild_known_range() in /homepages/20/d591618442/htdocs/v2015/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/Tribe/Recurrence/Queue_Processor.php on line 169

ParticipantTo add a bit more in my scenario, it’s not every re-occurring event, I created a test event (very simple) and it worked fine, edited fine. but the 2 re-occurring events I created prior both have this error and it’s reproducible every time I edit them. I’m not sure what makes it affect some but not all re-occurring events. We’ve been using the plugin for a couple months and this just started a little more than a week ago, I don’t recall the last update, but I know we did update the plugin fairly recently we are on 4.05

ParticipantI was also having trouble applying the latest update of the events calendar pro. I decided to delete the pro plugin and reinstall it. I’m not experiencing the error message anymore.

ParticipantThere was an update this morning. After updating the plugins, I no longer had the error.

ParticipantHey folks,
Thanks so much for your patience here! If you are up-to-date with The Events Calendar version 4.0.7 on your site, but still have these issues, then can you share your “System information” here? Here’s how → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you,

ParticipantThank you for this!
I see that your site’s version of The Events Calendar is at version 4.0.7, but your site’s version of Events Calendar Pro is still at version 4.0.5.
If you update Events Calendar Pro itself to 4.0.7, too, does anything improve?
Thanks for your patience with this!

ParticipantThat fixed it for me as well, I didn’t realize the 2 plugins were managed separately. So now at 4.07 with both plugins everything seems to be fine. The re-occurring events that were giving error can be updated fine now. thanks a ton!

ParticipantGlad to hear it! 😀
The solution to this problem is definitive, then: ensure both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro are at their most recent version on your site, currently 4.0.7
Because of this fact, I will be closing this thread for now.
If you have both plugins at 4.0.7 and STILL have issues, please open a new thread and include your “system information” in that thread. (Here’s how: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/).
Thank you all for your patience here!
