ParticipantAfter the most recent update we are suddenly getting a fatal error when trying to edit recurring events. I’m unsure whether it’s actually saving anything, but the error is:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method Tribe__Events__Main::rebuild_known_range() in /home/vhflogin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/Tribe/Recurrence/Queue_Processor.php on line 169
This is a live site for an upcoming festival and we are in the midst of getting the events published under a deadline right now, any help would be appreciated!

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I am not sure why it happened yet, but I believe downgrading to 4.0.5 will resolve the issue.
That is for the Events Calendar found on WordPress.org
This link will download it:
https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/the-events-calendar.4.0.5.zip
And you can use this step to manually update:
This process does not delete events or change settings, but it is a good idea to backup before doing it.
Let me know if that helps get you back on your feet for now.
Thanks

ParticipantGetting the same error. It first appeared after I updated the plugin.
Calendar version: 4.0.7
Calendar PRO version: 4.0.3
Wordpress version: 4.4.2I only seem to get the error message when adding events with recurring dates. The posts go through but the error message shows up.
Complete error message is: Fatal error: Call to undefined method Tribe__Events__Main::rebuild_known_range() in /home/theloca2/public_html/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/Tribe/Recurrence/Queue_Processor.php on line 169

MemberHi John, You either need to downgrade The Events Calendar to 4.0.5 or upgrade Pro to 4.0.7 to resolve this.
