My issue is the same as the original poster. Isn’t that the point of adding my feedback to the original post. You want users to create their own posts even for the same issues?

Yes, sir. That’s how we’ve found we’re best able to help each user — not losing focus on a thread and identifying commonalities among different users’ setups. Thanks for your understanding. 🙂

    Hi Cliff,

We did not actually update core files. We did an update and nothing was lost thankfully. However we are still experiencing the fatal error issue. Note, that we have many recurring events. Is this a problem, or not supported by the plugin?

Thanks for your help thus far!

Adam, I’m glad to hear none of the core code from our plugins was modified.

I’d suggest being on the current versions of WordPress and all our plugins and switching to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Fifteen.

Then add your customizations in stages to see which customizations break your site. Once you figure them out, please report back and we can probably help you know how to update your code for the latest versions.

I hope this goes well for you. Please let me know.
