    We have just purchased the Event Ticket Plus and received the purchased receipt for the Order #1346628. Unfortunately on clicking on the download link of the Event Ticket Plus in purchased receipt showing the below error code. But link of the Event Tickets (FREE) is working fine.

    Hi Saikat,

    Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry that link isn’t working for you. Can you try installing Event Tickets Plus manually by following these instructions?

    Hi Jennifer,
    Thanks for your help. I found the download link in My Account -> Download page.
    I hope you would fix the link issue in mail or provide the link of My Account -> Download page in email.

    Hi Saikat,

    I’m glad you were able to get set up! The link in the email usually works, but occasionally some users need to go through the Download page. Sorry for the inconvenience there!

    I’ll go ahead and close out this ticket, but please feel free to open a new one if you run into any other issues or have any questions on getting started with Event Tickets Plus.
