extra field in tickets

dear Modern Tribes,
I am using Event Calendar with event tickets on a website for a business club. All events are free but in the rsvp I want some extra field so people can also fill-in their company-name and if they are bringing an invitee. It should be on the csv list we export. Which product do I need then.
