Excluding specific date and time

    I have a recurring event that happens multiple times a day, multiple days per week. There is one instance that is being canceled so I’d like to exclude a particular date and time but I think you can only exclude a full day. Are there any ways to do this? I have tried breaking from the series and then deleting the broken out instance but I think that broke my whole series. I started to get weird bugs, and the series would fail to load on the editing side.

    I’m sorry you are experiencing this issue. Let me help you troubleshoot this.

    First, could you please send us a screenshot from the edit event page that shows the recurring event options for the event you are having problems with? This way we can try to reproduce the issue on our end.

    When you say that you get weird bugs, what exactly isn’t working? What steps did you make that resulted in the issue? Let us know about this.
