Events won't import from .csv file

I have tried to import a .csv file of events using the formatting here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/ and the instructions here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/importing-data-from-a-csv-file/. After publishing the file, I see a message that says “Import complete! No events were imported or updated.”

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Secondly, would you mind sharing the csv file you are working from ? (via a link to a .zip file on Google Drive or Dropbox)
