You definitely are entitled. I can see that was not added automatically to your account. I would like to have an engineer look into why it wasn’t added automatically. Do you mind manually updating the second site for now (Plugin: Manual Update), while we investigate why you didn’t get the second license? Once the investigation is over I’ll add the second license with a few months extra to it. That work?
Just checking back in here Thomas. We are half way there with a fix. We are trying to roll it out to everyone affected. Right now you do have a second license, but it is not expiring at the right time. We will be modifying the expiration time here shortly to extend it a few months.
