Events submitted by registered users

Hi guys,

This plugin looks perfect for what I need. Thank you for creating it. Just one quick question which I cannot figure out exactly from the documentation:

* Is it possible to create restricted WordPress users, who e.g. cannot create or edit posts etc, but who can create and submit events, which will then be reviewed and approved by an admin?

It looks to me that the Community Events feature would allow this but I am not sure so that’s why I am asking.

I also am wondering if you can have multiple people enter events into the event calendar without making them an admin for the wordpress site as a whole. I want people to be able to add events but not make any other changes to the wordpress back end.

Also, if I let people add events, is there a process I can use where they have to be approved before they hit the calendar?

Hey folks, good question!

Yes, in fact, Community Events has a feature that allows you to set the permissions for who can submit events to the calendar and whether those events are submitted as Drafts, Pending Review or Published.
