Hello Support
I am working on a school website and have several pages where events are added inline with a URL like
https://site/event/event-thing/
There are 3 events on the one page that I’m looking at and they randomly show – or fail to show
I know the events exist because I can use the same URL in a browser and it works
The site is hosted on capable a server running php 7
Below I am asked to deactivate plugins and change the theme to test. If I do that, it will disrupt the site
I can offer a temp admin access if that will help

That seems a strange issue. Let me try and help you troubleshoot that.
It seems to be a Javascript issue. When the page fails to load the event information, could you inspect the page and see if there are any console errors? Here’s a guide on how to do that > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/ If so, then please send me a screenshot of those errors.
If no errors show up, then you should try going through the Testing for Conflicts guide and see what you find in the process. If you don’t want to make changes in the production site then I would suggest you set up a dev / staging site to make all the tests. Unfortunately, we cannot accept login credentials as stated in our terms.

I had added ssl to the site and suddenly there were a lot of mixed content errors – caused by having a secure https page loaded with http links.
Resolved that and the calendar was suddenly working great.
