Sandi
ParticipantHi there
The theme I am using is Eventum by Tempaltic which has its own events section.
After I install the plugin for tickets it is not woprking correctly and not emailing through a PDF ticket with bar code or anything.
Any suggestions?

ModeratorHey Sandi,
As much as I would love to help you figure out this issue, we are unfortunately unable to explore theme conflicts due to the sheer number of themes available. You may want to try contacting the theme author to see if they have any insight on the issue and if gets beyond your capabilities, we have a list of customizers available for hire.
One other idea I have would be to try out a plugin like Easy WP SMTP which can help with the email delivery process.
I wish I had a better answer for you but as previously mentioned, we’re fairly limited on theme/plugin conflicts. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to respond with any feedback you might have.

ParticipantHey Hunter
Thanks for your email, I’ve actually managed to get it working closer to what it should look like but just having slight issues with getting the Template to render correctly.
Issue was that I didnt actually install the Events Calendar plugin as I didnt think this was needed on top of the “Ticket Events” and the “Ticket Events Pro”
Event listing created with in Events Calendar Section:
http://industrytix.com.au/eventnew/test-event-new/
Note: this is currently rendering the ‘Default Page template” with “Tribe Events Styles” radio button selected.
I’ve attached the way it looks when I select ‘Default Events Template’ off the drop down for your reference if that helps.Events created using the Eventum Tevolution Events Plugin:
http://industrytix.com.au/maiko-boxing-day-raft/I’ve tried every single combination of settings for display, Tribe events style, Default events Template, Default Page template, skeleton – nothing renders the tickets and event info correctly (I’ve installed Events Calendar + Events Tickets on a separate website to test what it looks like when working correctly).
Also attached the Permalinks/slug ive changed it to so it is not using same slug as the Tevolution Plugin and uploaded a uploaded ‘single-event.php’ from the Events Calendar plugin and renamed it to ‘single-eventsnew.php’ template and uploaded via FTP.
Does this help at all in order to help the rendering issue for the Calendar event template?

ModeratorHi Sandi,
Welcome back 🙂
I’m glad to hear you’re on the right track! Forgive me, but I must admit I’m a little confused on what you are trying to accomplish. Do you want to use the events feature included in your theme and use Event Tickets/Event Tickets Plus for those events? Or are you wanting to use the free version of The Events Calendar with Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus?
To clarify, you don’t need to have The Events Calendar nor Events Calendar PRO installed/activated to run Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus. Additionally, our New User Primer: Event Tickets & Event Tickets Plus article is a great resource in learning how to maximize the potential of the plugins.
Thanks for keeping me updated and have a great rest of your day.
