ParticipantHi – I have a calendar displaying “month” by default, which displays correctly. When I select “list” or any other display format, the selection does not work because there is a missing ‘forward slash’ in the URL. They had been working initially, I don’t know at what point it changed. For example, if I select (front-end) the “week” display then I get a 404 Not Found, the URL being …/index.phpevents/week/ (note the absence of a / between ‘index.php’ and ‘events’). There doesn’t seem to be anywhere in the backend settings that I can correct this. This still happens with other plugins deactivated and theme reverted to ‘Twenty Fourteen’.
Edit: Also, when I go to Events…Settings…General in the backend, the link given where it says “Where’s my calendar? Right here.” is …/index.phpevents/ (again, no / before ‘events’)
Could someone help me?

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
What is your settings for your Permalinks?
Settings > Permalinks
If you resave that or change the permalinks does that help?
If that does not help what is your settings here:
Settings > General > “WordPress Address (URL)”
Settings > General > “Site Address (URL)”
Let me know what you find out and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
We have found out this is a bug with certain Apache setups.
We are working on a patch and will have that released in the next couples of days hopefully.
If you need a fix sooner you can downgrade all the event plugins to 3.11.
You can download the older versions from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and older versions of the core plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/
And follow this guide for manual updates:
Thanks
