ParticipantThe grey bar which appears with the date of the upcoming event on the Events page is only appearing for the first event in each month. Subsequent events in that month do not have the grey bar. Take a look here: https://www.oxfordbachsoloists.com/events/
Can you explain how to fix this?

MemberHey Michael,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’ve just accessed your Events page, but couldn’t replicate the issue you are experiencing from here: that grey bar is not visible in the events list.
Can you please send us further information about how to replicate this issue or let us know if you already figured out it’s cause?
Thanks!
Regards,
Patricia

ParticipantHi Patricia
I changed the formatting options slightly so the box is no longer grey but you should see the date line which only appears for the first event of the month but not for events that follow, so the same problem is still occurring.
Best regards

ParticipantFurther to my last post, we are also experiencing another issue.
I’ve tested the http://www.oxfordbachsoloists.com/events page on Safari and Chrome and also on my iphone and ipad, and it seems to be a consistent problem:
1. When I first load the page, not all the events are populated
2. I click on Next Events and I get a “No results found” message even though there should be events
3. I then click on Previous Events to go back, and get all events now populated. The same thing happens if I were to click on Previous Events in step 2, and then Next Events in step 3.

MemberHi Michael,
Regarding your first issue: I’ve reviewed your site again and it seems that what you are trying to accomplish is rather a customization than a problem, by default only the month name / year (and not the day-of-the-week / day / month) is displayed on list view, at the beginning of each month.
Just to make sure, can you please confirm that you want to use the month separator with every single event instead of every single month in list view? Please note that such customization is out of the scope of our support, but I’ll take a look and try to figure out an easy solution (or at least point you to the right direction) if necessary.
Regarding your second problem: I’ve seen customers using Divi theme with a similar issue as yours. Please head to Divi > Theme Options > General Settings > Number of Post displayed on Archive pages and change that number to 10 or what you have as the number of events to show in our settings.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else and I’ll be happy to assist!
Regards,
Patricia

ParticipantHi Patricia
Thank you for coming back to me. I don’t think I explained myself very well. The default view of Month/Year then all of the events for that month is what I want to achieve, but for some reason it is pulling in the full date of the first event of each month.
So it should be:
September 2017
Event 1
Event 2October 2017
Event 3
Event 4Is there a bug which is causing this to happen?
Regarding the other issue, thank you I have changed the default number of posts on an Archive page and this appears to have resolved it.
Regards
Michael

MemberHi Michael,
Thank you for sending us further information on this! I believe that there’s probably a theme or plugin conflict causing the issue, since everything is working as expected in my own site.
Can you please follow this tutorial to determine if a conflict is happening and changing the default month separator from Month/Year to day-of-the-week/day/month?
Let me know your test results and I’ll be happy to further investigate if necessary!
Regards,
Patricia

ParticipantThank you – this is now resolved. It was the Date Format Settings as you suggest.
