Events Page Continuously Reloading

Hi,

I’ve got an issue with the events and event category pages reloading continuously. I’m using a the Pro version – it’s ok in Chrome on an iMac but not in my CSS Edit browser – it’s replicating the same issue on an IPad and not loading the content at all on an iPhone – it’s not my theme as all other pages load fine.

Any pointers or solutions would be gratefully received. I’m a bit of a novice so a solution for a simple person would be great!

Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

I tried in Firefox and Chrome on Windows 10 and it worked for me.

It started reloading on my iPhone though, but that is not our coding that does that.

What is a CSS Edit browser?

It does appear to be a conflict somewhere.

Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:

Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.

I’ve just moved my site from the test url to LIVE and I’ve got this problem again. It’s reloading in Safari.

I am not seeing any other reports of this so it appears to be a conflict on your site.
