events not showing up on month view

Hi, events are no longer showing up on the month view, but they are still visible on the list and day view. I have read other threads where it asks to update the plugin to fix the issue, but my plugin doesn’t say it needs to be updated. I have events calendar Version 3.10 with the added community events plugin also version 3.10. My license for the the community events has expired. I am on wordpress 4.2.16 and using the genesis theme : 2.1.2

Do I need to renew the community events plugin to get the updates? Or what do I need an entirely new plugin download. If so, how do I transfer the existing events? Thanks! ute

Hi, Ute.

You will need to renew your license to receive updates for Community Events. However, you should be receiving updates for The Events Calendar via WordPress.org

If you’re not, there might be something interfering with your site receiving automatic updates for everything (core, plugins, and themes) or just for all plugins (not just ours).

Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

• Downloads / Version Numbers
• License Keys (where you can click to Renew your license)
• TEC Automatic Updates
• or TEC Manual Updates
• WordPress core updates

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
