Events not showing and in wrong order

Hi there, my event calendar shows my events in the wrong order, plus not all events are shown. How can I resolve this? Thanks

First of all, Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.

If the problem persists can you please give me more details about the events not showing in the site? Are those recurring events, all day events or have any settings in common that other events don’t have? Also, how are events ordered on the site? Was this working differently in the past?

Thanks for you reply. Honestly, I don’t dare to perform this recommended reset. I’m afraid it will ruin my brand new website.
Do you know about any refund policies for the Event Calendar? So far, I am just not happy with it. These mentioned issues, plus I also dislike the looks of the calendar. It is not easy to adjust the lay-out settings. hen I purchased this plugin it all sounded really easy.
