Events List Bug? Missing 12/31/2017

I created series of dates for an event. However, the date of 12/31/2017 (from 11:00am to 1:00am next day) is missing from the Events List. It shows up in Events Calendar with no problem. I tried recreating the date. It does not work. I feel it is a bug or database indexing problem.

Please let us know how to fix it.
