Events in List view and Month don't show up

Hello,

I have installed WooCommerce and The Events Calendar (also Pro). And the events lists, month, photo and single view work fine.

But if I activate the Event Tickets Plugin (not Pro) the events list view doesn’t show any events but an empty list, the photo and single view are working as before and the month view displays only a white browser window (all content and design is gone). Any idea how to fix that problem?

I have deactivated the Event Tickets Plugin because of that problem.

When switching the Event Tickets Plugin off all is working fine again.

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

I am not able to replicate the issue on my test site.

Are you getting any error messages?

If not please setup WordPress Debug to see what errors are showing when you try to recreate the issue a couple times in this file: /wp-content/debug.log

Let me know what you find out.

I switched the Ticketplugins on and off.

Sorry for the issues here. It appears you got an early version of The Events Calendar 4.0.5 causing this issue.

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function tribe_get_date_option()

Please follow these steps to manually update the Events Calendar with a fresh copy from WordPress:

Manual Updates

For the latest version use this link:

https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/the-events-calendar.4.0.5.zip

That should bring the Month and List View back up.
