ParticipantWe are experiencing issues with the Event Aggregator. The issues are consistent in both our dev and production environments. We have switched to the 2016 theme and still experience the issues. We have also tested this
Imported events show the wrong start time. Our ical feed is UTC and our site is EDT. The events are not being created/updated to EDT on import. I have attached a screenshot of the actual calendar we are pulling from showing the correct times. I have also attached a screenshot of the Event Aggregator Pro preview page for the scheduled import which shows incorrect times. Our ical feed is at http://emsmmprd01.server.gsu.edu/MasterCalendarCOL/iCalFeed.aspx?data=Ai6R2a1%2f4RWVafRUj1Qlkw%3d%3d
In addition, the end time is set to the start time for imported all events.
Is there any way to clear out the events and start fresh. The import is finding events in the trash and updating them. We would like to remove all prior history and events and start from scratch to ensure there is no problem with the data.

ModeratorHey Cody,
Thank you for posting and being so thorough. It’s also appreciated you ran through the Testing for conflicts guide prior to creating the thread.
We are aware of the behavior you’ve described and have a logged bug. It’s marked as priority 1, so that means it should be released in the next maintenance release though I can’t make a promise. You’ll see update info on your WP admin dashboard and our Release Notes once we get a fix released.
If you’re comfortable running SQL queries, that’s probably the most efficient method. Let me know if you need help and I’ll do my best to accommodate. Another option would be to use the Bulk Delete plugin.
Have a great rest of your weekend and thanks again. Cheers!

ParticipantWe can run the SQL queries if you can provide the details on what needs to be run.
Thanks

ModeratorCody,
If you wouldn’t mind, please give the Bulk Delete plugin a shot first. If you have any issues, reply back and I’ll try coming up with the proper SQL query.
Thanks and sorry about the delayed response. Cheers 🙂

ParticipantHello!
I’m so sorry about this, but I actually misfired in my initial post about this and have confirmed with our development team that the bugfixes for the iCal import end times is actually still in its final stages of testing—it has not launched yet and is not yet available.
My apologies!
It should still be arriving soon nonetheless—stay tuned to this thread and to our product news for updates!
Sincerely,
GeorgeDecember 18, 2016 at 7:12 am #1207511Nico
MemberHi there,
Just wanted to inform that the fix for this issue has been finally pushed to the Event Aggregator server! There’s no need to update the plugins, although I recommend using the latest version of The Events Calendar.
Thanks so much for the patience while we worked on this 🙂
Please let us know if this is working as expected for you,
Best,
