    When I try to buy a ticket I get an error: “We were unable to process your order, please try again.” OR “Please make sure your card details have been entered correctly and that your browser supports JavaScript.” on this page (and other events) http://www.harvestoakville.ca/event/secret-church-simulcast/ – When I pick Credit Card as my payment option I get this error when clicking the Continue to Payment button.

    We added the Events Tickets Plus plugin last week, prior to this the site could make payments with Woo.

    Any insights?

    We are sorry to hear about the error messages you have been getting while trying to purchase a ticket.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    The first thing I would recommend is to go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.

    Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

    And before I forget, please deactivate and clear wp-engine’s cache.

    Also, I am noticing that you used to have the Wootickets plugin. Just to be sure, did you follow the following procedure to upgrade ?

    I’m not 100% sure the upgrade steps were followed (it wasn’t me!) Like the part where it says “don’t activate yet” – if that order wasn’t followed, how can I back track to follow the steps closer?

    It was a Woo Commerce Stripe issue! All good now thanks! It started when we activated, but it seems it was a coincidence.
