Events Calendar PRO plugin

I recently purchased the Events Calendar PRO plugin and I am having a lot of trouble with events updating. Also, the fact that you can’t delete an event after it has been imported is causing too many problems. I need a plugin that can truly sync with Google Calendar. I love many of the features of your plugin but this will not work for us. Would you be willing to issue me a refund? Thank you!

Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this difficulties! We can totally proceed with the refund but let me clarify a bit before doing so:

I see the purchase has been made for Event Aggregator, but I get your point!

Also, the fact that you can’t delete an event after it has been imported is causing too many problems.

You can surely deleted these events. For imported events we use the term ‘Hide & Ignore’, this prevents events from being re-impoted after being deleted. In any case if you want to totally delete imported events that’s possible to.

I need a plugin that can truly sync with Google Calendar.

In this point you are right, Event Aggregator doesn’t provide a full sync with Google Calendar, as it doesn’t delete events deleted on the source calendar which I understand can be a showstopper for you!
