ParticipantI just updated from Events Calendar to EC PRO but there’s now no menu for the events calendar in the admin so I can not get to the settings page. I reinstalled and activated the new plugin, cleared the cache and even logged out and back in with a different browser but there’s just no EC menu item to be found.
I also followed the “To begin using Events Calendar PRO, please install the latest version of The Events Calendar.” That didn’t work in Firefox but in Chrome. So I now updated to events calendar (NOT THE PRO) to 4.3.1.1 and get rewarded with a site crash. Disabling the plugin via FTP brings back the site but now without any Events Calendar – not happy.Any ideas?

ParticipantOK, I got the free version 4.3.1.1 showing up in the admin but the events page has gone and when I activate the pro version 4.3.1 the site crashes.

Can you delete Events Calendar Pro from your site? Either in the wp-admin or over FTP?
If so, please do for now — this will not delete event content.
Once that’s deleted:
1. Can you confirm that you can activate The Events Calendar 4.3.1.1 without issue?
2. If so, please activate this plugin, and then before doing anything else, please share your site’s complete system information with us. Here is how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
3. Once you’ve shared the system information, go ahead and try activating Events Calendar Pro again. When you do, do errors show up on your web site? If so, can you please copy the full text of these errors and paste them in a reply here?

Thanks for sharing all of this information. I am sorry for all of the trouble here!
We just published a new version of Events Calendar Pro a few hours ago; version 4.3.1.1, just like The Events Calendar is now at version 4.3.1.1.
(Note: This is version 4.3.1.1, not 4.3.1 ?!)
If you delete the current version of Events Calendar Pro from your site (which won’t erase event data), install the new Events Calendar Pro 4.3.1.1 on your site, and then activate, do you still get the white screen of death?
