    Hi,

    I previously had an issue where I was charged twice when upgrading my Event Calendar PRO license to a business license and had one transaction refunded:

    Tribe Account issues, charged for renewal of active license + upgrade

    I still ended up paying for the business license upgrade (Order #1095342) but now my license key is marked as “refunded” and no longer active. The license should expire in 2017. Can this be corrected?

    Hey Noah,

    So sorry for the trouble! I believe was the one who helped you with that refund, so let’s take a look at it together.

    I just made a change to your account — try validating the license again and let me know if the license is still deactivated. I’m hoping it’s not!
