Hi there,
I am thinking about getting the PRO version, if it solves this problem, that seems to be coming up regularly: I use ical to export all events of my Events Calendar. But in my Thunderbird Lightning Calendar I can only see the events of about one month (20 or 30), not all of them. I had the same problem in June and thought I found a solution. But now it´s not working again.
At first I used the following URL:
https://www.[erased].de/termine/?ical=1&tribe_display=upcoming
But that only shows the next 20 events. Then I used:
https://www.[erased].de/termine/list/?tribe_paged=0&tribe_event_display=list&ical=1&tribe_display=list.
That seemed to work in June. But now it only shows the next 30 events.I read about other URLs, but it´s the same there – only 20 or 30 events.
https://www.[erased].de/termine/?ical=1&feed-year=1
https://www.[erased].de/termine/list/?ical=1&tribe_display=listI have changed the settings of WordPress. Didn´t help.
– Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most
– Settings > Reading > Syndication feeds show the most recentI have changed the settings of Events Calendar. Didn´t help.
– Events > Settings > General: Number of events to show per page
– Events > Settings > Display: Month view events per dayDoes ical work with Events Calendar Pro – or with an Add-on?
Would be happy to hear from you!

August 21, 2017 at 1:42 pm #1338263CarolineMemberHi Jens,
Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us here! I’m afraid that there have been no recent changes to our iCal/ICS exports, and the information supplied in your linked post still holds. It’s worth noting that our iCal feed URLs will continue to import events as the current date advances into the future, so a feed that only appears to import a limited number of events will bring in more current events over time.
That said, we do appreciate that users may have different needs, and it may be necessary at times to import all events (even far-off ones) in a single pass! For the best results, we recommend using this URL format for your iCal exports:
[yourcalendar.com]/?tribe_paged=0&tribe_event_display=list&ical=1&tribe_display=list
For more information on our iCal feeds and exploring possible customization options, this forum thread might be worth a look:

We’d also be glad to have you share your feature suggestions for future product releases on our UserVoice forum! Submitting your ideas here will allow other users to vote their interest and share comments–it’s a great way to get your ideas on our development team’s radar for future builds. This existing feature request might provide just the functionality you’re looking for!
I’m sorry that we’re not able to provide exactly what you’re looking for in this case. That said, I hope that one or more of these resources might be helpful to you! Thanks again for getting in touch, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions!
