    Hi Guys

We’ve had Events Calendar Pro and the filter bar on our site for nearly a year but today we have noticed it has gone sick. We are not sure how long this has been for but our events inputter is sure it looked fine yesterday.

When the page loads the filter bar takes the place of the header. The calendar view uploads without the content and is unclickable and the listing view doesn’t look correct. Please see screen grabs.

We have deactivated recently added plugins to see if there is a conflict but nothing changed.

    Hey Jennie

When I try visiting your calendar, I see a database connection error. https://www.buggybuddys.com.au/perth-events/. Are you getting this too?

Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?  I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. I know you tested recent plugins, but we really need to test against all plugins and themes.

We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/). If you are unable to do so, please install <a href=”https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/“ title=“Health Check Plugin”>the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes.

Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.

Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).

Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
