Events appearing to "smear" down the page when hovered over

A few weeks ago we noticed that something had changed with our calendar. Previously, when we hovered over an event, it would let you see more of the text and then return to it’s regular size when you moved off. Now, however, when you hover over an event, it “smears” the event down the page, showing all of the text, and when you move off, it doesn’t snap back to it’s original size.

We had some trouble with the update and are still using 4.0.3 (The Events Calendar PRO), so we’re not really sure what’s going on.

Any thoughts?

Next, can you share links to where we can see this issue firsthand? I’ll take a look; this is likely the result of a theme conflict, but will look at it firsthand to confirm if that’s the case.

These things will just get us started on investigating this.
