ParticipantEvery time I create an event and use the “Register with Eventbrite” option and Publish, it automatically reverts back to NOT being published with Eventbrite.
All plugins are updated. WP version is updated and the API is connected.
Please help, thanks!

Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry to hear your sites are being affected by this issue 🙁
We are actively investigating this as many other folks reported it last week. Unfortunately I don’t have much to share on this as developers are still figuring out what’s going on under the hood. I’ll set this thread status to ‘Pending Fix’ and also link it with our internal ticket, so when we have any news on this we will give you a heads-up.
Sorry for the hassle this might create until fixed, and thanks for the patience while we work to solve it,

Developers are still looking into the issue, it seems to be affecting just some installs not all of them. So we are in the process of identifying the conditions in which this issue happens, not to give a partial solution, I mean a fix that only works under certain conditions but not for all folks. This is a bit more complicated than we anticipated, and we are sorry about it. This is totally under our radar and we are trying our best to have a fix soon.

Thanks for the patience while we worked on the fix for this issue. Identifying the fix and testing it has not been an easy task, but hopefully the fix is ready and awaiting to be out in the next maintenance release. We are aiming to put the release out this week / by the start of next week.
Once you update please re-test and let us know if this is still an issue.

Just wanted to inform that maintenance release 4.1.3 is out. The update includes a fix for this issue.
Please update the plugins to the latest version and re-test to see if the fix works for you.

Thanks for following up and sorry to hear there are issues with the plugin…
Can you elaborate a bit on what you refer to temporarily? Did it work after the update but stop working now?
If you follow the steps described in the New User Primer: Eventbrite Tickets, does it work as expected? Are you able to authorize the API?

ParticipantWell after I uploaded the latest update, I created a test event and the big green register “eventbrite” button was there. That was the day you notified me of the update.
Since then, no updates were made to my website.
Today, I went to create some more eventbrite events except now when I hit publish, the system again reverts the event to “No” when registering with eventbrite.
I checked my auth API and re-authorized it and still nothing.
Do you need a log in to my site?
