EventBrite Tickets Iframe not showing on Event page

Hi, the EventBrite Tickets Iframe not showing on the individual event pages. I have the Events Calendar plugin and I’m trying to use it with the EventBrite tickets add-on. I have gone through the new user primer more than once to make sure I wasn’t missing anything, tried testing for conflicts, I have also tried configuring this on two different websites with one of them only using the twenty-fifteen theme, events calendar plugin, and eventbrite add-on. I noticed the Eventbrite tickets section on the backend is different from the one shown on this page https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-eventbrite-tickets/
But this could just be because we have a newer version.

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

Is the Eventbrite Event you are trying to view public on their site?

Only public events will show tickets in the iframe.
